Sachi Construction company

Sachi Construction Company was established in Vadodara in 1981 by Vikram C. Desai as a family-rooted civil contracting enterprise serving government and private-sector requirements. Vivek Desai joined in 2000 and has subsequently led and developed its work across industrial construction, civil works, waterproofing, repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting and selected specialized construction applications.

What Sachi Undertakes

Industrial and civil construction: Factory and industrial buildings, associated civil works, selected residential and commercial assignments, and appropriate site infrastructure.

Repairs and rehabilitation: Concrete repair, waterproofing, surface protection, building renovation and rehabilitation where the technical scope and necessary specialist inputs are clear.

Architectural and building improvements: Selected finishes, exposed concrete and brickwork, coating and refurbishment work supported by suitable materials and workmanship.

How We Work

We value practical planning, suitable methods, site safety, attention to workmanship and clear commitments. We do not aspire to indiscriminate work volume. We aim to undertake projects we can supervise and deliver responsibly.

Legacy and Progress

The company’s original contracting foundation and its later specialized activities represent two stages of the same family journey. We are committed to preserving that experience while adopting useful modern methods gradually and honestly.
