PVO — Vivek Desai, Project Value Optimizer: Personal owner-side strategic and technical-value advisory.

Sachi Construction Company: Civil and industrial construction, waterproofing, renovation, structural repairs and specialized execution; established 1981 by Vikram C. Desai.

VPVS Developers: Development and ownership of residential, commercial and industrial property, with long-term leasing, rental and maintenance activities; established 2003.

Alternative Industrial Products: Construction chemicals and specialized building materials, evolving selectively toward advanced products and future-ready systems; established 2009.

BuildX Consultants: Waterproofing consultancy, building diagnostics coordination, premium bungalow supervision and multidisciplinary PMC; established 2023.
