  4. Alternative Industrial Products (AIP) · Established 2009 — Construction chemicals and specialized building products, with a considered future direction in advanced materials and building systems.
  5. BuildX Consultants · Established 2023 — Waterproofing and building-durability consultancy, premium project supervision, PMC and project-specific specialist collaboration.
