Since its inception in 1981, the company has consistently pushed the boundaries of the construction industry. Founded by Shri Vikram Desai and led by the visionary Shri Vivek Desai, BuildX blends traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to provide innovative civil engineering and real estate solutions.
Our Story: Initially a general engineering and contracting firm, BuildX expanded its services over time to include real estate development (2003), construction chemicals and special building products (2009), architectural and interior design (2014), and building maintenance services (2015). This evolution highlights the company’s adaptability and commitment to excellence in the industry.
